I've used AlphaOmega twice in the last few months, both times to carry out a frame repair which would have required a weld as far as I could see. Each time I sent glasses to be repaired, the work was done almost straight away and then the glasses sent back promptly such that the turnaround time from posting them to AlphaOmega and receipt back was 3 days! Googled broken glasses arm and came up with AlphaOmega. Prompt reply even though I submitted an enquiry at the weekend. Process for sending off glasses was very easy and it took less than a week from enquiry to wearing repaired glasses. I'm delighted with the results. I was told that screws would go through the logo which was okay but actually the care taken has meant the logo is not really impacted (wouldn't have been an issue if it had been). My glasses are varifocal, so thrilled to have them repaired for £20 plus postage having looked to replace and seeing nothing I liked.
