Fabulous company, my titanium glasses were broken and every glasses shop I went to told me they can't be repaired, when I hadn't asked them if THEY could repair it. I noticed a negative review on their website stating that they were quoted a higher price than expected and just bought new glasses instead. I'd probably say this service is better suited to those who have expensive glasses like mine, which cost about 400£. So for about £75 including postage I'm quite happy for this alternative. They fitted the nearest alternative titanium arms for my glasses & cleaned the nose bridge as well.
