Impressed from start to finish. They took care with the photos for estimate, agreed to repair hinges but not attempt lens scratch, job completed in a week, hinges good as new.
Having to been told by the opticians that my frame was no longer available and therefore couldn't be repaired (expensive varifocals), I was delighted that AlphaOmega said that they could replace the arms with generic arms. Sent them off to them on Thursday and they arrived back Monday. Really quick service and the glasses are once more serviceable. My only disappointment is that the brown arms were replaced with black ones (which looks slightly odd against the bronze metal). Otherwise would have been perfect and would definitely use again.
