I posted my varifocals on Monday, after having sent a couple of photos via the website and a chat with one of the (very helpful) staff, as I needed them repaired fairly quickly. I got them back, all fixed and looking brilliant, on Wednesday morning. They'd needed a new pair of titanium arms, as one was completely busted. I absolutely can't tell any style or colour difference between the old ones and the new. Fantastic service. I certainly can't argue with the price for the quality of the result.
Marvellously fast service – with fair communication – because in the main it's a bit cut and paste. I was so pleased with one repair that I returned for another later on. That's unfortunately where things went wrong. I was extremely disappointed – after receiving such good work that the next repair just appeared to be a "Friday Afternoon" job and slapdash and ugly. It broke again a couple of weeks later. As I said in a following email – if you didn't think it was worth doing, don't carry out the repair, apologise, send the glasses back and refund my money. Two weeks on? Still not even a courtesy reply. Hey ho.
Your service was incredible. I really have never seen such customer service anywhere. I asked for a quote and got it the same day. I shipped off my trifocals with a clean break on a thin arm and got them back fully repaired with new ear sheaths and even nose pads which I hadn't asked for in like new or better condition. And the price was unbelievable. Your business should get a medal.
A nose pad broke on a pair of prescription glasses and Boots opticians could only replace them with soft silicone ones, which I just cannot wear. However, AlphaOmega did the job and returned my specs in a couple of days. I was so pleased with the service, result and low cost that I sent another pair.
