This policy sets out how AlphaOmega Frame Repairs Ltd uses and protects any information that you may give or AlphaOmega Frame Repairs Ltd may obtain when you use this website.
This AlphaOmega Frame Repairs T&Cs are effective from April 2015 until further notice.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your repair, AlhaOmega will refund you in full, excluding the cost of any parts which we have had to purchase in agreement with yourselves during the repair process.
We have a 14-day returns policy for faulty work or goods. The cost of the postage for any returns must be covered by the customer. In the event of you needing to return your frames to us please enclose all parts and packaging. We will carry out repairs without charge for labour and return the frames to you as a priority order.
If you wish to cancel your order for a repair please contact us a soon as possible as any parts ordered by AlphaOmega for the repairs to your frame are none-returnable and you may be liable for the cost of these parts.
The minimum age for placing an order on this site is 18 years.
We aim to repair and return your frame on the same day we receive permission to carry out the repair. Where new replacement parts are needed from our suppliers there can be a delay of up to 28 days. However this is rare, and we will contact the customer if this is the case.
Please be aware we cannot be held responsible for frames that are delayed in transit either to our workshop or when returned to you.
The following kinds of information may be collected on this site in order to better understand your needs and to provide you with a better service:
