Very happy. My prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses frame was damaged and I could not replace them. I sent them to be repaired with little expectation. They were returned as good as new with an updated prescription lens. Excellent service.

Really impressed and easy to work with ... In my case it was just replacing the lenses and I thought it would be quicker to buy the lenses and try fitting them myself, I was wrong. I posted my glasses to arrive with them on Monday morning. Tuesday morning, my glasses were back with me. Fantastic service, I can highly recommend.

Amazing service! Originally sent my varifocal rimless glasses to get the nose pad replaced. Posted away on a Monday, back to the Isles of Scilly by Friday lunchtime! I was unsure about the site as it seems unique in the UK, possibly because who else could compete with such amazing service? Sent the glasses on Tuesday, returned on Thursday. Re-fixing an arm to my Ray-Ban Wayfarer II glasses that I accidentally snapped off by sitting on them. Arm is as new, flawless. Simply brilliant value, £20 plus postage. I've had my Oliver People's glasses for some now but the right arm hinge rivets had worn and not one of the opticians I took them to had any idea or even a suggestion how to get them repaired! I found AlphaOmega by chance and paid £20, sent them on the 9th August and received them back Friday 11th August. The results were amazing! Rivets sorted, glasses and lenses clean and as new. Following on from my recent arm repair I bit the bullet and sent them back for new lenses. The lenses came from Italy so it took a bit longer this time (less than a week though) and my Ray-Bans look as new. The price was great – no one else came close in value. Even with two repairs the cost worked out better than buying a new pair and these are so well broken in that wasn't really an option for me. Can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing service! The gold clasps on my brand new Gucci sunglasses had bent where the glasses had been sat on, I was so upset! I posted my titanium frames with a broken arm on Wednesday afternoon at 4pm and Friday morning, 36 hours later, I received a package from AlphaOmega. It never occurred to me that they could have been returned so quickly so I opened the box with confusion, having no idea what they could possibly have sent me! I sent my wife's favourite glasses, which you can't purchase anymore, as they had nose pad snapped completely off. They where repaired and returned within 24 hours. I sent my Marcus T Titanium frames in for a repair where they had snapped at a really thin part of the frame. I sent them on a Thursday and got them back on Saturday. The repair is incredibly neat and not noticeable without really looking for it. Very impressed!

Having to been told by the opticians that my frame was no longer available and therefore couldn't be repaired (expensive varifocals), I was delighted that AlphaOmega said that they could replace the arms with generic arms. Sent them off to them on Thursday and they arrived back Monday. Really quick service and the glasses are once more serviceable. My only disappointment is that the brown arms were replaced with black ones (which looks slightly odd against the bronze metal). Otherwise would have been perfect and would definitely use again.

I had snapped off the left arm of my new glasses. I was told by all of the major high street opticians that they could not be repaired and I would need to buy a new frame at a cost of at least £150. I found AlphaOmega online, uploaded two photos of the damage and got a very fast response quoting £20 plus VAT/postage. I posted the glasses last Friday and they were returned to me this Tuesday, fixed with a nice note saying that due to the extent of the damage to my frame, this was the best repair they could do. The frame of my prescription sunglasses snapped in an awkward place just by the screw that holds the lens. I sent photos for a quotation, which was returned just an hour or so later. I accepted the £35 plus postage repair and sent my glasses off. They were posted on Monday afternoon and returned to me on Wednesday morning. I posted my Prada rimless specs – I had snapped off the lens connecting screw on the arm – on Tuesday morning by special delivery. I received them back all repaired today, Thursday lunchtime. Total cost including both sets of postage was £49.50. That is excellent customer service.

Oakley Keel Rimless: Brilliant service. I sent my rimless glasses, which my local optician claimed couldn't be repaired! I posted them via special delivery on Tuesday and received them back. good as new, on Thursday when I got back in from work. AlphaOmega is an excellent first class service in glasses repair. I had my Armani metal frame broken at the bridge. Opticians have not been able to help.
