I am thrilled! I had lost a nose piece on my Bvlgari glasses in a car accident. My opticians said nothing could be done! AlphaOmega have made a fantastic job and returned them within a couple of days. I would highly recommend this firm. Thank you.

Really impressed with this service. I posted the specs on Wednesday, had them back by Friday looking brand new. My titanium frame glasses, which are 10+ years old broke just by the nose bridge. I took them to my opticians for repair but was told "they are titanium and cannot be repaired". I broke my glasses a few years ago, always been meaning to get them fixed as they're Gucci... The left arm was completely snapped off... there was also dry glue all over my glasses as someone tried to hot glue them together... I posted them on Thursday. They are here! I was somewhat sceptical when I posted my two glasses frames up to AlphaOmega. One had fallen apart soon after purchase, while the second frame met the heel of my foot ..I popped them in the post. I had a message at 4pm on Thursday to tell me the glasses had been delivered. On Friday I received both frames back in the post in perfect working order. I'm really very impressed.

Sent my Juicy Couture sunglasses on Thursday and got them back on Saturday brand new! These glasses fell off my head and I managed to stand on them so as you can imagine I thought they were finished. One of the most positive experiences I've had with an online company ... I sent my glasses to AlphaOmega and got a call back the day after I sent them saying they could fix and I'd have them back next day. They are as good as their word. Just arrived special delivery and are perfect. All for about £25 which is a real result against the cost of replacing ... Very many thanks.

My rimless glassed perfectly repaired and returned in two days. The cost was £47. My quote from one of the chain of high street opticians was for over £300 which included a dispensing fee of £65 and the cost of two new temple frames as the originals could not be repaired! I contacted Tom Ford to enquire about getting my glasses repaired and they were absolutely no help at all! I came across this website so decided to send my glasses off, albeit a little dubious. I have to say the service and repair was fantastic, they were like a new pair again! They were repaired and returned within two days. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I stood on my expensive varifocal glasses with Prada frame. My opticians – well know high street supplier of designer glasses – summarily dismissed my request for them to be repaired with very little charm. Amazing service! Originally sent my varifocal rimless glasses to get the nose pad replaced. Posted away on a Monday, back to the Isles of Scilly by Friday lunchtime! I was unsure about the site as it seems unique in the UK, possibly because who else could compete with such amazing service? Sent the glasses on Tuesday, returned on Thursday. Re-fixing an arm to my Ray-Ban Wayfarer II glasses that I accidentally snapped off by sitting on them. Arm is as new, flawless. Simply brilliant value, £20 plus postage. I've had my Oliver People's glasses for some now but the right arm hinge rivets had worn and not one of the opticians I took them to had any idea or even a suggestion how to get them repaired! I found AlphaOmega by chance and paid £20, sent them on the 9th August and received them back Friday 11th August. The results were amazing! Rivets sorted, glasses and lenses clean and as new. Following on from my recent arm repair I bit the bullet and sent them back for new lenses. The lenses came from Italy so it took a bit longer this time (less than a week though) and my Ray-Bans look as new. The price was great – no one else came close in value. Even with two repairs the cost worked out better than buying a new pair and these are so well broken in that wasn't really an option for me. Can't recommend highly enough.

I posted my titanium frames with a broken arm on Wednesday afternoon at 4pm and Friday morning, 36 hours later, I received a package from AlphaOmega. It never occurred to me that they could have been returned so quickly so I opened the box with confusion, having no idea what they could possibly have sent me! I sent my wife's favourite glasses, which you can't purchase anymore, as they had nose pad snapped completely off. They where repaired and returned within 24 hours. I sent my Marcus T Titanium frames in for a repair where they had snapped at a really thin part of the frame. I sent them on a Thursday and got them back on Saturday. The repair is incredibly neat and not noticeable without really looking for it. Very impressed!

Having to been told by the opticians that my frame was no longer available and therefore couldn't be repaired (expensive varifocals), I was delighted that AlphaOmega said that they could replace the arms with generic arms. Sent them off to them on Thursday and they arrived back Monday. Really quick service and the glasses are once more serviceable. My only disappointment is that the brown arms were replaced with black ones (which looks slightly odd against the bronze metal). Otherwise would have been perfect and would definitely use again.

I had snapped off the left arm of my new glasses. I was told by all of the major high street opticians that they could not be repaired and I would need to buy a new frame at a cost of at least £150. I found AlphaOmega online, uploaded two photos of the damage and got a very fast response quoting £20 plus VAT/postage. I posted the glasses last Friday and they were returned to me this Tuesday, fixed with a nice note saying that due to the extent of the damage to my frame, this was the best repair they could do. The frame of my prescription sunglasses snapped in an awkward place just by the screw that holds the lens. I sent photos for a quotation, which was returned just an hour or so later. I accepted the £35 plus postage repair and sent my glasses off. They were posted on Monday afternoon and returned to me on Wednesday morning. The frame has been welded and to be totally honest, I can't see the repair! I have no idea how you guys do it! I am very happy with the service provided and will certainly use your services again! I posted my Prada rimless specs – I had snapped off the lens connecting screw on the arm – on Tuesday morning by special delivery. I received them back all repaired today, Thursday lunchtime. Total cost including both sets of postage was £49.50. That is excellent customer service.

Unbelievably good service. I thought my glasses would never be the same again after I sat on them. AlphaOmega repaired them for next to nothing and had them back with me in 48 hours. They even cleaned them. Cannot recommend AlphaOmega enough.

First class service from AlphaOmega. A great saving. My Tom Ford spectacles we in a sorry state and I had considered buying a new pair. AlphaOmega did a terrific job and the glasses were returned "as new". One tip: avoid posting your glasses near a weekend, because this adds considerably to AO's swift turnaround time.

I posted my badly twisted frame on Tuesday and the repaired glasses were back with me on Thursday. The enclosed note saying we did the best we could was an understatement. The repair was faultless, beyond what I expected. I am very pleased with the quality of work. The turnaround time was amazing.

One of the temples on my sunglasses had broken off from the eye wires and had failed at the hinges. I really didn't want to have to purchase a new pair of glasses. I snapped the arm of my Armani prescription glasses, which cost over £500. I tried to purchase new frames but they were discontinued. I found this company on the internet and bingo. The temple/joint of my rimless glasses was broken and I had given up after visiting a couple of high street opticians who could not remedy the frame. I contacted AlphaOmega via email and a few hours later someone responded. I sent off my glasses on a Wednesday afternoon. By Friday (2 days later) AlphaOmega had repaired and returned my frames. Packing was excellent and the customer service outstanding. Most importantly they repaired both temples of my glasses, which I found very helpful.
