I have a pair of Raybans that are more than 30 years old. A cherished possession which travelled all over the world. I have used AlphaOmega twice to repair the frames. The first time was swift and the repair has lasted. The second time, for a different repair, was carried out in 48 hours. Once again the repair was a quality job. Thank you ... Great quality and very swift service.

AlphaOmega is an excellent first class service in glasses repair. I had my Armani metal frame broken at the bridge. Opticians have not been able to help. I didn't want to give up and after searching online I came across AlphaOmega. I Called and enquired and feeling fully satisfied I sent them up to Crewe in Cheshire on Thursday 14.00pm. The next morning at 9.30am I received the assessment and payed by card. £42 for a titanium mending, new nose pads and the return registered postage. The glasses arrived on Saturday at 11.00am by post parcel. Many thanks and best wishes to AlphaOmega and dedicated staff.

I was quoted £135 by my local optician (ex-optician) "It has to be a new frame, as we can't obtain spare parts," they said. I then found Alpha Omega and without fuss and at a very fair price the repair was done and the glasses were back with me within two days.

Amazing service as always. My sunglasses were repaired 11 months ago and the original issue started to occur again. I contacted AlphaOmega and they agreed to repair free of charge as it was within the 12 month guarantee. I posted on a Thursday morning and they were back with me fully repaired on Saturday morning. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Despite being initially apprehensive to use this site, I have to say I'm nothing other than astounded by the quality and speed of service. I was told by Specsavers that my glasses couldn't be repaired. I sent them off on Friday and back by Tuesday with two new drilled hinges and I'm very pleased! I would use you again in an instant.

Thank you for the incredibly fast repair service. When I broke the nose pad bracket off my new and expensive specs I was expecting to have to replace them. As it was, I posted them Monday afternoon and got them back Wednesday morning with an invisible repair.

Your service was incredible. I really have never seen such customer service anywhere. I asked for a quote and got it the same day. I shipped off my trifocals with a clean break on a thin arm and got them back fully repaired with new ear sheaths and even nose pads which I hadn't asked for in like new or better condition. And the price was unbelievable. Your business should get a medal.

I have just received my 30-year-old Ray Bans back within 48 hours of posting them to you and the service you have provided is simply outstanding. A local optician told me they were irreparable, but I hung onto them just in case. I saw your YouTube video showing the laser soldering and thought I'd give you a go. I am quite astounded by the Alpha Omega's incredible, efficient and speedy service. After endless humiliation from disinterested staff in Prada shops, I almost resorted to throwing away my Prada sunglasses after one of the hinges snapped. Absolutely fantastic – two days from quote to repair to return. I thought that you'd be unable to mend such a tiny thin frame – with a diameter no bigger than a pin-head – but you did. You did it cheaply, quickly and with complete professionalism; it's perfect. Thank you. My optician wanted to charge £300 for a replacement frame that was in itself a replacement frame, having broken once already all, of course, just weeks out of warranty.

Amazingly rapid turnaround on the repair of my precious Prada sunglasses and at an extremely good price. I was informed by an optician that they were not repairable and have been walking around with one of the nose pads broken off for months. It's not often that I leave feedback for a service, but this was so brilliant I had to. I sat on a brand new pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and thought they were a basket case but this morning they arrived back from AlphaOmega like new. Thanks.

I'm really pleased with the repair and surprised that a repair was possible at all. The titanium frames were badly twisted and the lens holders were squashed after being sat on. The glasses were returned to me within a couple of days fully repaired.

One of the arms sheared off my specs (a Police frame) and the optician said I would have to pay for a complete new frame at £150. AlphaOmega fixed it this morning in about 20 minutes after I popped into their workshop – for less than a tenth of the optician's price. I can't believe you were able to fix my gorgeous Gucci sunglasses. One of the sides had broken off completely when I accidentally stood on them. Within a couple of days they were back with me and are as good as new. Alpha Omega made a bespoke replacement hinge and you cannot see the joins! Thank you so much!

I sent my glasses in for repair on Monday afternoon (the arm had snapped off from the frame) and was delighted with the service as I had them back this morning (Wednesday) and the repair is invisible. I can only say thanks a million! The frame arm on my semi wire-rimmed glasses broke off on Wednesday morning ... I sent the glasses on Thursday. By Friday they had been received, repaired and sent back. On Saturday, they were delivered to me by the postman! This is an excellent service. I just got my glasses back after sending them off the day before yesterday and they're like new. The broken wire nose pad arm is all fixed. I was extremely irritated with the optician who assume you will just buy a new pair at £200-300 a pop. I will use this service every time. I really can't thank AlphaOmega enough for bringing my Ray-Ban glasses back into life! The arm of the frame was broken through the hinge. I took the glasses to a local opticians and they told me it was impossible to repair the frame. However, AlphaOmega did the repairing very well. It's like new when I got my glasses sent back to me. I sent my Ray Bans for repair on Tuesday lunchtime by normal second class post and they were back on Saturday morning. I would have had them Friday but I wasn't in. Super quick excellent service! I posted my glasses on Monday 16.40 and they were back at 9.30am Wednesday fully repaired. I had forgotten to put my details in with the glasses but they picked up my address from the online enquiry and had sent them back before I rang to explain my mistake! I received them back within two days and when I opened my case first thing I could say was WOW, my glasses are returned back in as new condition. I am really impressed with your service – a turn round of under a week including obtaining the parts from Italy. I liked the small things such as adjusting the arms to match the originals so they fitted without having to make any further adjustments. I would use AlphaOmega again.

My Police sunglasses had an accident and the arm broke so I looked online to see if they could be repaired and found AlphaOmega. A nose pad broke on a pair of prescription glasses and Boots opticians could only replace them with soft silicone ones, which I just cannot wear. My Lacoste sunglasses had broken in transit after my holidays, the frame had snapped and the arms were all bent and loose and the lens had popped out. I tried local glasses shops and no one could help.
