I am very pleased with the quality of your service. My frameless specs needed a relatively simple repair which my regular optician made a great fuss about getting done, not to mention a hefty price tag. You did it for a fraction of the price and by return of post. One could not ask for better.

I am really impressed with your service – a turn round of under a week including obtaining the parts from Italy. I liked the small things such as adjusting the arms to match the originals so they fitted without having to make any further adjustments. I would use AlphaOmega again.

I posted my Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses to AlphaOmega last Tuesday and have received them back today (Saturday) fully repaired. An excellent service and I would highly recommend this company. My sunglasses needed new lenses to be fitted as the coating was peeling off. They have done a fantastic job. Thank you so much.

Sent my Oakley glasses in for repair as the nose pads were discoloured and the end tips were worn and broken. I received them back within two days and when I opened my case first thing I could say was WOW, my glasses are returned back in as new condition. They have been exceptionally cleaned and all the worn parts replaced. Exceptional service ... If you need your spectacles repairing, this is the company.

I broke the arm of my RayBan sunglasses and enquired about a repair. I was advised it would take at least a week to order parts from Italy but, to my surprise, the sunglasses were repaired and returned within that same week! Another very happy customer here. I managed to fall on my Hugo Boss spectacles, breaking the hinge and scuffing the frame badly. After sending photos AlphaOmega replied promptly with clear pricing and instructions. After sending the glasses on Thursday morning I had them back on Saturday morning. Super quick excellent service! I posted my glasses on Monday 16.40 and they were back at 9.30am Wednesday fully repaired. I had forgotten to put my details in with the glasses but they picked up my address from the online enquiry and had sent them back before I rang to explain my mistake! I really can't thank AlphaOmega enough for bringing my Ray-Ban glasses back into life! The arm of the frame was broken through the hinge. This is an excellent service. I just got my glasses back after sending them off the day before yesterday and they're like new. The broken wire nose pad arm is all fixed. I was extremely irritated with the optician who assume you will just buy a new pair at £200-300 a pop. I will use this service every time. I can only say thanks a million! The frame arm on my semi wire-rimmed glasses broke off on Wednesday morning ... I sent the glasses on Thursday. By Friday they had been received, repaired and sent back. On Saturday, they were delivered to me by the postman! I can't believe you were able to fix my gorgeous Gucci sunglasses. One of the sides had broken off completely when I accidentally stood on them. Within a couple of days they were back with me and are as good as new. Alpha Omega made a bespoke replacement hinge and you cannot see the joins! Thank you so much!

One of the arms sheared off my specs (a Police frame) and the optician said I would have to pay for a complete new frame at £150. AlphaOmega fixed it this morning in about 20 minutes after I popped into their workshop – for less than a tenth of the optician's price. I'm really pleased with the repair and surprised that a repair was possible at all. The titanium frames were badly twisted and the lens holders were squashed after being sat on. The glasses were returned to me within a couple of days fully repaired.

Had a titanium frame with expensive lenses (high refractive index, varifocal, transitions) and a broken hinge. I was unable to source a replacement frame which would use these lenses. Superb repair. Posted Tuesday and received back by special delivery Saturday morning (prior to a Bank holiday – which I thought would cost extra). Really top rate service.

If you need a repair on your glasses or sunglasses you must try these good people. Three times they have repaired my glasses for a very reasonable charge in no time at all. Once when the bridge snapped I was going to throw them but they made them like new. Now look what they are up to – posting me parts free of charge!
