Fantastic service. All local opticians were not interested in what I thought was a simple repair. Sent enquiry on Tuesday morning with photos, had a reply back within a few hours. I posted them on Wednesday and received them back on Friday morning! Brilliant – not difficult, but some companies just are able to do simple things well. Thank you.

I've had my Oliver People's glasses for some now but the right arm hinge rivets had worn and not one of the opticians I took them to had any idea or even a suggestion how to get them repaired! I found AlphaOmega by chance and paid £20, sent them on the 9th August and received them back Friday 11th August. The results were amazing! Rivets sorted, glasses and lenses clean and as new. Can't recommend this company enough! Many thanks and well done the staff at AlphaOmega.

Following on from my recent arm repair I bit the bullet and sent them back for new lenses. The lenses came from Italy so it took a bit longer this time (less than a week though) and my Ray-Bans look as new. The price was great – no one else came close in value. Even with two repairs the cost worked out better than buying a new pair and these are so well broken in that wasn't really an option for me. Can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing service! The gold clasps on my brand new Gucci sunglasses had bent where the glasses had been sat on, I was so upset! I emailed my details and a picture of the glasses to AlphaOmega, received a quote of £20 and within two days I received my shades in brand new condition! So happy and have let all my friends and family know to use them in the future!

My gorgeous Tom Ford aviators got sat on and I thought that was the end of a very costly purchase. Not at all, thanks to AlphaOmega. Sent them Monday, got them back Thursday. Extremely professional and friendly when I called with a query. You wouldn't have even known the shades were damaged, it's like having them back brand new.

This company is amazing, they received my glasses Tuesday afternoon and fixed them right away and had them back to me by Wednesday! Extremely fast turn around which I'm incredibly happy about, considering that my own opticians where the glasses were originally purchased told me my glasses couldn't be repaired and that I had to purchase another set of frames at a cost of £89! If you are looking for a great repair at a great price then these are the people to go to. My Oakley glasses were returned next day with an invisible repair to the arm that had snapped at the rivet hole. Unlike many places the phone call is always answered and info provided very helpful. Amazing, courteous and efficient service. The broken lens on my Ray-Bans was replaced with a genuine Ray-Bans lens and my sunglasses returned with no fuss and well packaged. I strongly recommend this company for repairs.

Optician said the arm which had come off my Prada prescription sunglasses could not be repaired. Contacted AlphaOmega and they said they could be fixed for £20. I posted my titanium frames with a broken arm on Wednesday afternoon at 4pm and Friday morning, 36 hours later, I received a package from AlphaOmega. It never occurred to me that they could have been returned so quickly so I opened the box with confusion, having no idea what they could possibly have sent me! For the price and results I think that this is one of the best companies that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

I took by glasses to my optician. They could not repair them. Their only option was new glasses. I contacted AlphaOmega. Sent them a photo of the arm which had come off from the frame. They replied immediately with a repair cost of £20. I sent the glasses off on Saturday and they were returned on Monday. Delighted with the repair.

The most amazing fast and efficient service I have ever had from any company. I was devastated when my large high street optician said they couldn't help me when a small piece of my Prada glasses broke off. I contacted AlphaOmega via email on a Saturday late afternoon. They returned a quote for repair within a day. I sent my wife's favourite glasses, which you can't purchase anymore, as they had nose pad snapped completely off. They where repaired and returned within 24 hours. It was a Christmas gift to my wife. She had been told they could not be repaired and I had bought her a new pair, different make, for £400. You fixed a snapped nosepiece on ultra lightweight titanium Mykita frame – only 1mm of metal to work with, which was broken on a 90 degree bend and looked impossible to fix. Sent from West London on Friday at noon, returned Tuesday at 9am. Many thanks!

Amazing service. My metal frame glasses broke at the weld joint. I posted them Saturday and they were back with me the following Wednesday morning. The weld was repaired and painted, the nose pieces replaced and a full 'like new' clean. I'm massively impressed with the service received.

The arm had broken off my favorite Chanel glasses, which are now discontinued. I asked 2 different opticians but they said they couldn't be fixed. My 10 year old Oakley Wire Frame perscription sunglasses were repaired unbelievably quickly. Placed the order online on Sunday, posted first class on Monday morning and received back today, Wednesday morning. Although unable to repair the spring in the arm, the glasses are perfectly useable and all for £26.50! I sent my Marcus T Titanium frames in for a repair where they had snapped at a really thin part of the frame. I sent them on a Thursday and got them back on Saturday. The repair is incredibly neat and not noticeable without really looking for it. Very impressed!

Having to been told by the opticians that my frame was no longer available and therefore couldn't be repaired (expensive varifocals), I was delighted that AlphaOmega said that they could replace the arms with generic arms. Sent them off to them on Thursday and they arrived back Monday. Really quick service and the glasses are once more serviceable. My only disappointment is that the brown arms were replaced with black ones (which looks slightly odd against the bronze metal). Otherwise would have been perfect and would definitely use again.

I was desperate to repair my designers glasses as I went to all opticians in my area and everyone told me it's unrepairable. My last hope was AlphaOmega and they did it very quickly! One quick email to AlphaOmega and they confirmed what I suspected, it would not be a problem. The work was outstanding, unless I point it out no one can find the weld. I could not be happier. I had snapped off the left arm of my new glasses. I was told by all of the major high street opticians that they could not be repaired and I would need to buy a new frame at a cost of at least £150. I found AlphaOmega online, uploaded two photos of the damage and got a very fast response quoting £20 plus VAT/postage. I posted the glasses last Friday and they were returned to me this Tuesday, fixed with a nice note saying that due to the extent of the damage to my frame, this was the best repair they could do. The frame of my prescription sunglasses snapped in an awkward place just by the screw that holds the lens. I sent photos for a quotation, which was returned just an hour or so later. I accepted the £35 plus postage repair and sent my glasses off. They were posted on Monday afternoon and returned to me on Wednesday morning. The frame has been welded and to be totally honest, I can't see the repair! I have no idea how you guys do it! I am very happy with the service provided and will certainly use your services again! The service from Alphaomega was so good I feel that they have earned a review. I posted my Prada rimless specs – I had snapped off the lens connecting screw on the arm – on Tuesday morning by special delivery. I received them back all repaired today, Thursday lunchtime. Total cost including both sets of postage was £49.50. That is excellent customer service.

My rimless glasses nose bridge broke. I sent a query regarding my broken glasses and within 24 hours I received an answer. I sent my glasses off on Monday and received them back on Wednesday. The quality of repair is of really high standard and the frame feels more robust than from my opticians. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to use again.

The temple/joint of my rimless glasses was broken and I had given up after visiting a couple of high street opticians who could not remedy the frame. I contacted AlphaOmega via email and a few hours later someone responded. I sent off my glasses on a Wednesday afternoon. By Friday (2 days later) AlphaOmega had repaired and returned my frames. Packing was excellent and the customer service outstanding. Most importantly they repaired both temples of my glasses, which I found very helpful. Chipped the lens of my sunglasses. Paid for the parts and shipped the glasses. Replacement parts were ordered as soon as I paid and I had the glasses back in a week looking good as new. Because the spare lenses only come in pairs I got a spare of the undamaged lens back in the box. Exceptional service and I'll definitely use AlphaOmega again in future if I need another repair.

One hundred percent the best money I've ever spent. I dropped my Oliver Peoples sunglasses and scuffed them all around the frame. I thought I'd have to fork out £317 for a new pair, wrong.
