Amazing service, the frame of my prescription sunglasses had come apart because of a snapped screw stuck in the frame, 3 opticians told me this could not be repaired and tried to sell me a new pair for £300+ ! Alpha omega charged me £30 for a perfect repair, sending them back in the same day they received them, and they looked in better condition than when I sent them, unbelievable! Thanks alphaomega!

Alpha Omega you are awesome! I live in Western Australia and couldn't get my Bvlgari sunglasses repaired anywhere! I brought them with me on a trip to visit family in N.Ireland on the off chance I could find somewhere that could help. Made an initial enquiry, included a photo of what was needed and within a total of four days had my expensive sunnies repaired and returned in better condition than ever. Guys you rock! My Gucci glasses were a mess and needed recoating and cleaning to say the least. David confirmed he could do the repair same day. I returned at 3.15pm to be told the job had been completed. I recently found my B&L Ray Ban Aviators that I purchased from new in the mid 1980’s. They were used just a few times before I broke the frame and were subsequently consigned to storage, forgetting all about them. I sent them off to be repaired and received them back within a couple of days – first class service all round. The repair was flawless, the cost is reasonable and I appreciate even more how nice they look. I shall be recommending this business to friends and family.

What can I say: a 35 year old set of ray ban aviators, looking very sad. A piece of wire holding the side piece to the glasses lens.
And a set of Oakley Juliet’s that the nose piece/bridge was very wobbly.. How you guys repaired them in such a short space of time is amazing. I was like a kid in a sweet shop when I saw them 😳 Totally amazing and like brand new. I cannot thank you enough

I cannot believe the quality of the repair to my multifocal sunglasses. The frames were broken across the bridge and were deemed irreparable by opticians. I was also told that there was no possibility of finding a new set of frames for the lenses. I sent the broken glasses to AlphaOmega and they were promptly returned better than new, with no sign that they were ever broken. I don't normally do reviews but felt I had to on this occasion as the service, the communications with Alpha and the result were simply superb.

I am very happy with my experience. I sent 3 pairs of semi-rimless titanium glasses which had each failed at the bridge.
The glasses were returned within a week. The repairs are almost imperceptible.

Great service, received my Ray Ban chromance back today with the cracked lens replaced with genuine manufacturer parts. All returned to me well packed and with old lenses included so I’ve now got a spare for one side as well.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. One of the arms on my Oliver Peoples glasses had snapped, so I searched online to see if a repair was possible. The whole process was very straightforward, from getting an initial quote to placing the order. I sent the sunglasses off and was kept updated at each stage, from confirmation of receipt to repair and return. They came back incredibly quickly and looked as good as new. Vintage Oakley square wire. After being about to give up on my very loved 17 year old classes I was given the name of this company. I was a little unsure about the company and the ability to fix my glasses as I'd completely snapped the hinge. They answered and were completely understanding and polite, they requested photo's via email to check the extent of the damage. Within a couple of hours I got the reply that it was no problem and would only cost £30 and a full explanation of how to book the repair. To my amazement they were fixed and posted back the same day they received them. Amazing company, I will definitely use them again if I'm unfortunate enough to need them again 5 🌟

Great Service, and Great price. Got a quote online first, simple instructions to then place the repair order. I posted my sunglasses on the Monday, had confirmation of receipt on Tuesday, then confirmation they are repaired and being returned. They arrived back on Wednesday. Brilliant!!

Nearly threw my Ray-Bans away after bending every single wire and the hinge on my boys' bouncy castle. Glad I didn't and glad I found these guys to fix them. Just returned from a visit to AlphaOmega in Crewe with two perfectly done frame repairs on a Rayban Shooter and a vintage Persol. I was quoted one hour and they were done in 20 minutes! I'm a retired optometrist and can thoroughly recommend AlphaOmega for their professionalism, quality of

I have been looking for a few years now for someone/somewhere that I felt I could trust to repair my Oakley Juilets having had them for over 20 years I didn't want to send them away to another country so when I found AlphaOmega I couldn't believe my luck a UK compnay that had been recommended to me by an Oakley vault store. Excellent repair of Omega glasses, replaced nose pad holder and installed new pads which I supplied, however when returned the lenses were dirty and I had to tighten one of the arms as it was loose. Quickly repaired and returned.

AlphaOmega were the only ones who were willing to repair my glasses, my nose pad arms had broken off. They not only laser welded two new arm pads but also repainted my frames, they also look fantastic, literally like I have a brand new pair of glasses . My lenses are from Zeiss with a complex prescription and would have cost me a fortune to have to buy new glasses and lenses. What a fabulous experience from start to finish, all within 3 days. A weld joint failed on the bridge piece of my Stepper Titanium reading glasses. My optician stated they were unable to repair them, and quoted £150 for a new frame. I found AlphaOmega Frame repairs online and submitted an enquiry. I was quoted a very reasonable price of £44.99. which I accepted. I sent glasses for repair on Monday and they were returned by the following Thursday. Excellent service, exceptional value for money in this day & age, I would thoroughly recommend them. I am a customer of an opticians in Caterham Valley, Surrey who always provide us with an excellent, personal service. Most people – my wife and the opticians – would describe me as a heavy user, and damage to my glasses is not unknown! This particular pair were expensive and less than 18 months old. Three times the optician tried to repair a loose right arm. The last time they spent an hour or so attempting it, and once again, within hours of return, it was loose again! Rather than surrender and buy a new pair I google searched and found your company. The website and reviews suggested your company might be able to help. I was able to log my glasses online and pay with little effort at all. Glasses sent on the Thursday, received by you on the Friday, repaired on the Monday and received on the Tuesday. You have rescued my beautiful purple vintage Chanel Sunglasses a few times now over the past ten years – (the design is so delicate that they break rather easily in a suitcase). BUT you have also managed to rescue and renew the lenses to a classic pair of Yves Saint Laurent brown shades that I absolutely love; that were so wind blasted that I could no longer see out of them. I've used Alphaomega twice now for repairs after accidentally sitting on my glasses, and I honestly can't fault them. Both times, my glasses came back looking as good as new in just a couple of days. I don't normally give reviews/testimonials but on this occasion the customer service was so good I felt I had to. I've used AlphaOmega twice in the last few months, both times to carry out a frame repair which would have required a weld as far as I could see. On both occasions the quote/ordering/payment/posting processes were clear, informative and speedy. Each time I sent glasses to be repaired, the work was done almost straight away and then the glasses sent back promptly such that the turnaround time from posting them to AlphaOmega and receipt back was 3 days! The work carried out was excellent quality and glasses where sent back in robust packaging. If you've got some broken glasses you want repairing then AlpaOmega are the people to use!

I have used AlphaOmega many times and they always give great prompt service at reasonable prices. I really have to say that this latest time I used them they really did go above and beyond – I took my elderly father's glasses to them but they told me the frames were beyond repair... disappointed, I asked if there really was nothing they could do, so the technician found some similar frames and transferred the lenses into them instead and they are better than before and fit perfectly. This is a 1st class repair service. I emailed a photo of the broken left arm on my prescription glasses and promptly received a quote back and comprehensive instructions on how to purchase the repair package and sending the glasses for the repair. I posted my glasses on the Tuesday (03/12/24) and received the repaired glasses on Thursday (05/12/24). Not only did they repair the left arm, they also tightened up the right arm so they fit snugly. More people should know about this business so I will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends and should the need ever arise again then AlphaOmega will be my go to glasses repair service.

Recently had my Titanium specs repaired by Alpha Omega. I have to leave feedback because the service was first class and exceptional. I dont usually enter into feedbacks etc but this company is spot on and deserves praise.

I would like to compliment your company firstly on the promptness of the service and secondly on the quality of the repair. I posted the frames for repair of a broken joint on the right arm and a wobbly left arm of the spectacles. I received them back the next day in perfect condition. Amazing.

My old rimless glasses were bought in 1990 from WE Pain & Sons on Kings Parade in Cambridge. That is now a coffeehouse. A few years ago a nose pad was broken and lost by a chain optician who couldn't fix them. I decided to try and learn to solder making it a project to fix my own glasses. This failed. I had assumed it would be very expensive to have them fixed by someone skilled. I was wrong: Alpha Omega did a magnificent job within two weeks at a good price. I am very grateful!

Hi, had the arm of my glasses repaired a few weeks ago, quick turn around but disappointed that the arm has come off again already!

Brilliant service. Broke the nylon loop holding lens. Sent off Monday, repaired Tuesday back with me 12 noon Wednesday. Can't fault that.

What can I say if not a total and abject WOW? I bent the arm of my Tom Davies glasses really badly and when I contacted them I was told to bring them in, they would then send them to the lab, the lab would take seven days to assess, and then they would get back to me advising as to whether they even were repairable or whether I needed a new frame. Sure, like I can sit here without my reading glasses for close to two weeks. Honestly people, do not waste your time and go straight to AlphaOmega. They assessed my glasses with the exact same image I sent to Tom Davies, sent me a link for payment and within 48 hours my glasses had been returned to me looking as good as new. My second ever review/feedback! Since I have needed to start wearing glasses recently I have wanted to wear vintage specs like Algha/B&L/Shuron etc. These glasses are made in a way that doesn`t happen any more. They are randomly bought by me and sent straight to AlphaOmega for refurbishment and reglazing. David, the craftsman there, does a marvellous job truly upgrading beautiful but very old (70-100 yrs old) frames, and do you know what? It`s like they were made yesterday! Truly marvellous!! I sent AlphaOmega repairs my spectacles, which I fell asleep on. It broke on the arm hinge, with the screw snapped, and one half of the screw stuck in the thread. I've held it together with twist wires. They fixed the snapped screw, readjusted and welded the frame to look as good as it was before! I am impressed with their workmanship. This is the second time I've used AlphaOmega, the first time for a frame where the arm had snapped in half, they replaced it with a matching set of arms, which looks decent and does not look odd to wear. On both accounts, all for good value, quoted clearly in advance after messages with pictures submitted. Thanks so much for a job well done in my times of need.

I've used AlphaOmega three times now and can't recommend them highly enough. The turnaround time (48 hours, door to door) is incredible (my optician quoted 10 days and said a repair was unlikely to work). I was told by my opticians that, because the screw thread holding the lens in on my titanium frames had worn, the frames were not able to hold the lens in any longer. They suggested I get a new pair of frames and that they would give me a discount of 15% on the new frames. I sent the titanium frames to ALPHAOMEGA and they re-threaded the screw thread. The titanium frames are now as good as new. I will always approach ALPHAOMEGA now with any repair jobs to spectacle frames.

My 17 year old Oakley Juliets were in dire need of repair. The nose bridge had gone all wonky, the nose buds had disappeared and the lenses had started to delaminate. Plus I wanted the lenses replacing with prescription lenses. AlphaOmega said they could do all that for me and have my glasses looking like new. Ten days after I sent them to AlphaOmega my glasses were returned and I have to say they weren't joking. The nose bridge is strong again and the lenses are fantastic. I can't thank AlphaOmega enough. Fabulous company, my titanium glasses were broken and every glasses shop I went to told me they can't be repaired, when I hadn't asked them if THEY could repair it. I noticed a negative review on their website stating that they were quoted a higher price than expected and just bought new glasses instead. I'd probably say this service is better suited to those who have expensive glasses like mine, which cost about 400£. So for about £75 including postage I'm quite happy for this alternative. They fitted the nearest alternative titanium arms for my glasses & cleaned the nose bridge as well.

I meant to send a review a while ago following your repair of my frame in November. The right arm had broken at the solder joint to the frame. The frame is made of titanium and needs specialist repair. AlphaOmega did a fine, professional job fixing the glasses and the result is excellent. The cost was very reasonable especially as replacement frames would be significantly expensive. Finally, the repair was done quickly so the whole process of sending my glasses and them being repaired and returned took less than 2 weeks. Googled broken glasses arm and came up with AlphaOmega. Prompt reply even though I submitted an enquiry at the weekend. Process for sending off glasses was very easy and it took less than a week from enquiry to wearing repaired glasses. I'm delighted with the results. I was told that screws would go through the logo which was okay but actually the care taken has meant the logo is not really impacted (wouldn't have been an issue if it had been). My glasses are varifocal, so thrilled to have them repaired for £20 plus postage having looked to replace and seeing nothing I liked.

I had a major problem with my only pair of (reading) glasses two days before I went on holiday in July. Dave and the team at AlphaOmega were absolutely brilliant. Vision Express, where I had originally bought the glasses, suggested buying a new arm (about £75) with a 3 week wait – so not the Customer Service that I expected. Dave from AlphaOmega suggested I pop the glasses in as he was sure he could fix the breakage – which he did! Unbelievable (and such friendly!) service at a fraction of the price. Love my classic X-Metal Juliets, but the flex couplers had deteriorated & the bridge flexed. Did some research & rather than buying a kit & replacing them myself (didn't fancy trying to remove the rivets) – shipped them off to AlphaOmega. This week rang them as I have never used the company before. They suggested I send them recorded delivery and did. Marvellously fast service – with fair communication – because in the main it's a bit cut and paste. I was so pleased with one repair that I returned for another later on. That's unfortunately where things went wrong. I was extremely disappointed – after receiving such good work that the next repair just appeared to be a "Friday Afternoon" job and slapdash and ugly. It broke again a couple of weeks later. As I said in a following email – if you didn't think it was worth doing, don't carry out the repair, apologise, send the glasses back and refund my money. Two weeks on? Still not even a courtesy reply. Hey ho.

Can not fault the service. The arm of my glasses got bent, then eventually broke off. I sent them off for repair on Monday morning, I received an email the following lunchtime saying my glasses had been repaired and been sent back, and if it hadn't been for a delivery error by Royal Mail I would have received them by Wednesday afternoon(48 hours after the sent them off ). I rarely leave a review but felt I must in this instance. I sent my beloved X-Metal Penny's to AlphaOmega for the bridge to be replaced and specifically chose them based on previous reviews, although I was a little apprehensive. I posted these out by Special Delivery Thursday and was amazed to receive a reply early Friday to advise the glasses had been repaired and were being dispatched that day. I broke my £300 Gucci Sunglasses (both arms completely snapped off). About 15 different opticians told me they were unfixable and I'd have to replace them. Gucci told me it would take 3 months to assess whether they were fixable or not – and if they were it would probably be cheaper to buy a new pair anyway. I was sceptical about sending them to Alpha Omega repairs, the reviews almost seemed too good to be true but I'd exhausted all other options. I sent them off on Monday and it is now Wednesday and I have them back, completely fixed (and for £35!). I absolutely swear by this company and will forever recommend them. I had an "unfixable" pair of sunglasses back in my hand 36 hours later and as good as new. I am so impressed – genuinely have never experience such a quick and high quality service before.

I've just received my 25-year-old vintage Gucci Sunglasses back from Alphaomega after sending them to them on Monday morning (it's Wednesday @ 11 am now).... The hinge holding the arm of my designer glasses snapped on Friday and the optician said they were not repairable. I found Alpha Omega through a Google search and sent in an enquiry. I received the quote at 7.30am Saturday but unfortunately it went into Spam so I did not see it in time for the post. I sent my glasses to Alpha Omega on Monday by first class post, paid for return by Fedex fast delivery and was astounded and delighted to receive them fully repaired, before lunch today (Wednesday). The glasses are as new – in fact they seem sturdier than when new! Great great service. Excellent workmanship. Great price (£35). I cannot recommend this company highly enough – what a find!

AlphaOmega has saved the day. After breaking one of the leg of my spectacles I went to a few opticians (and the manufacturer) which all said I would have to buy a spare leg for 150£ (more than half the price of the spectacles with lenses). AlphaOmega managed to carefully solder the leg back on in a very discrete way for just a fraction of that within a day. I can not recommend them enough!

I broke the bridge in my spectacles. AlpaOmega repaired and returned them on the same day. The repair is almost invisible and the bridge has been strengthend by the addition of a bar which is imperceptible when worn. I am very satisfied and recommend the company to anyone needing spectacles repair.

Absolutely unbelievable first class repair and service. After mailing my glasses I got a personal email following day to say my specs were on the way back to me. They are quite expensive Armani frames and I thought they were beyond repair. The glasses came back to me expertly packaged and repaired as though they'd never been broken. Absolutely fantastic service. My Flexon frame broke across the bridge. My optician told me that it was irreparable and that the frame was discontinued. I made an enquiry with Alpha Omega Frame repairs, sent the frame off the next day and it was back two days later as good as new. To say I am pleased is an understatement.

Excellent service. I had tried several places on the High Street to get the broken nose piece of my rimless glasses repaired, but was either told it couldn't be done or was quoted exorbitant charges. I'd even paid for a jeweller to solder the broken bit back on, but it broke off again shortly afterwards. I saw the reviews for this company and decided to give it a try. Having purchased some Persol Steve Mcqueen's I tried but to no avail to fit some new polarised lenses having broken my original ones removing them. Had a titanium frame with expensive lenses (high refractive index, varifocal, transitions) and a broken hinge. I was unable to source a replacement frame which would use these lenses. Superb repair. I took them to several High Street opticians who all said they could not be fixed as it was too fragile and fiddly ... The repair is fantastic and unbelievably quick – 39 hours from the time I posted until they arrived back. An amazing service.

I'm really pleased with the repair and surprised that a repair was possible at all. The titanium frames were badly twisted and the lens holders were squashed after being sat on. The glasses were returned to me within a couple of days fully repaired.

One of the arms sheared off my specs (a Police frame) and the optician said I would have to pay for a complete new frame at £150. Absolutely over the moon with my sunglasses. My rose tinted mirrored Ray-Bans had awful scratches in them and were blurring my vision in one eye. I've had my Oliver People's glasses for some now but the right arm hinge rivets had worn and not one of the opticians I took them to had any idea or even a suggestion how to get them repaired! Following on from my recent arm repair I bit the bullet and sent them back for new lenses. The lenses came from Italy so it took a bit longer this time (less than a week though) and my Ray-Bans look as new. The price was great – no one else came close in value. Even with two repairs the cost worked out better than buying a new pair and these are so well broken in that wasn't really an option for me. Can't recommend highly enough.

Having to been told by the opticians that my frame was no longer available and therefore couldn't be repaired (expensive varifocals), I was delighted that AlphaOmega said that they could replace the arms with generic arms. Oakley Keel Rimless: Brilliant service. I sent my rimless glasses, which my local optician claimed couldn't be repaired! I posted them via special delivery on Tuesday and received them back. good as new, on Thursday when I got back in from work. I actually thought they were the spare backup glasses which I ordered three weeks ago and was shocked to open up the package to repaired Oakleys! The glasses are as good as new. I highly recommend AlphaOmega.

To my horror, my Ray-Ban glasses were damaged in my car, the arm snapped near the hinge. I expected normal opticians to be unable to mend them, but discovered AlphaOmega's reviews. Dubious, I completed the questionnaire and sent photos off for a quote at 7.30pm. To my surprise, a personalised message and quote came back by 8.30pm that evening! I'm amazed at such great customer service and haven't experienced that for a while. To send a pair of glasses on Tuesday and have them back fully repaired by the Thursday, less than 48 hours later, for just £20 (plus very reasonable p&p express delivery) is superb. Very highly recommended.

I broke these glasses weeks after purchasing so they are like new apart from the accident damage. I sent them to AlphaOmega on the Monday and got them back fixed, cleaned and even with replaced parts I didn't know I needed, all for the original quote. Incredible service, do not hesitate.

It was a great service. The flexible bridge on my old Oakley sunglasses had been broken for some time but I couldn't find anyone to fix them. Just by chance I found AlphaOmega online and the time from my initial enquiry to receiving them back took just a week. They are stronger now than when I originally bought them. AlphaOmega is an excellent first class service in glasses repair. I had my Armani metal frame broken at the bridge. Opticians have not been able to help. I didn't want to give up and after searching online I came across AlphaOmega. I Called and enquired and feeling fully satisfied I sent them up to Crewe in Cheshire on Thursday 14.00pm. The next morning at 9.30am I received the assessment and payed by card. £42 for a titanium mending, new nose pads and the return registered postage. Amazing service as always. My sunglasses were repaired 11 months ago and the original issue started to occur again. I contacted AlphaOmega and they agreed to repair free of charge as it was within the 12 month guarantee. I posted on a Thursday morning and they were back with me fully repaired on Saturday morning. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
