Customer feedback on glasses repair

I wanted to take the opportunity to say a big thank you and commend you on the service you provide. I was given a price I was extremely happy with considering two national firms said my glasses were not repairable. I posted the glasses on Wednesday and I had them back to me Friday at 10am repaired. Great service, easy to deal with, quick and simple process – and saved me a fortune!

We cannot recommend this company enough. They repaired our broken framed, much loved old Ray-Ban CubMasters when everyone else advised they were beyond repair. Delivery was fast too given we are in Ireland. Fantastic job – they look like new – thank you!

You fixed a snapped nosepiece on ultra lightweight titanium Mykita frame – only 1mm of metal to work with, which was broken on a 90 degree bend and looked impossible to fix. Sent from West London on Friday at noon, returned Tuesday at 9am. Many thanks!

Excellent service. I posted my Rayban prescriptions glasses off on Saturday. They were back with me on Wednesday even over a Bank Holiday weekend. Glasses cleaned and repaired when other opticians told me they couldn't be fixed. Great service. Worth every penny!

Absolutely superb service. I broke one of my Ray Ban sunglasses lenses. AlphaOmega sent me a very good quote and on my request an invoice for payment. I sent my glasses in and within four days they were back as good as new. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend.

Oh my god I am so impressed! I did a lot of research before sending my specs to AlphaOmega. Price didn't change from the quoted price – remarkably specs came back within 48 hours like brand new, they even replaced nose pads and polished the lenses. 100% using them again and again, a fantabulous service. An unbelievable service. My Lindberg titanium glasses were repaired perfectly with 48 hours. I don't even think my payment has cleared yet! I didn't think service like this existed.

I'm really pleased with the repair and surprised that a repair was possible at all. The titanium frames were badly twisted and the lens holders were squashed after being sat on. The glasses were returned to me within a couple of days fully repaired.

The frame of my prescription sunglasses snapped in an awkward place just by the screw that holds the lens. I sent photos for a quotation, which was returned just an hour or so later. I accepted the £35 plus postage repair and sent my glasses off. They were posted on Monday afternoon and returned to me on Wednesday morning. The frame has been welded and to be totally honest, I can't see the repair! I have no idea how you guys do it! I am very happy with the service provided and will certainly use your services again! I am really impressed with your service – a turn round of under a week including obtaining the parts from Italy. I liked the small things such as adjusting the arms to match the originals so they fitted without having to make any further adjustments. I would use AlphaOmega again.

Amazing service! The gold clasps on my brand new Gucci sunglasses had bent where the glasses had been sat on, I was so upset! I emailed my details and a picture of the glasses to AlphaOmega, received a quote of £20 and within two days I received my shades in brand new condition! Optician said the arm which had come off my Prada prescription sunglasses could not be repaired. Contacted AlphaOmega and they said they could be fixed for £20. I sent them on a Thursday morning and received them back fixed in the Saturday post. Excellent service and quality work. Highly recommended.

I just received back my broken titanium glasses in two days ... Excellent fast, and efficient service and the quality of the repair is excellent.
