Broke the frame on my glasses on 7th February. Used my spare set and did exactly the same thing on Thursday 11th. I posted both sets on Friday 12th ... both back today, the 16th – brilliantly repaired.
Following on from my recent arm repair I bit the bullet and sent them back for new lenses. The lenses came from Italy so it took a bit longer this time (less than a week though) and my Ray-Bans look as new. The price was great – no one else came close in value. Even with two repairs the cost worked out better than buying a new pair and these are so well broken in that wasn't really an option for me. Can't recommend highly enough.
Have to say a massive thank you to AlphaOmega for their amazing service. Not only did they carry out a repair that two major High St. opticians were unable to do, but they also managed to return the repaired prescription sunglasses less than 48 hours after I posted them. Just a quick message to thank you for repairing my RayBan sunglasses. I thought the injury was fatal. I took them to several High Street opticians who all said they could not be fixed as it was too fragile and fiddly ...
