Absolutely unbelievable first class repair and service. After mailing my glasses I got a personal email following day to say my specs were on the way back to me. They are quite expensive Armani frames and I thought they were beyond repair. The glasses came back to me expertly packaged and repaired as though they'd never been broken. The frames actually feel a lot stronger than when originally purchased. I am over the moon. First class service and repair. Amazing service as always. My sunglasses were repaired 11 months ago and the original issue started to occur again. I contacted AlphaOmega and they agreed to repair free of charge as it was within the 12 month guarantee. I posted on a Thursday morning and they were back with me fully repaired on Saturday morning. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I thought my Ray Bans were beyond repair and they had sat in a drawer for a couple of years. I saw the AlphaOmega site and sent some photos ... I got a speedy reply and price and sent them off on Monday (second class post). They were returned Thursday in perfect condition. I cannot detect the repair. Absolutely amazing! Glasses broke over the weekend. Told by opticians Monday that titanium frames, so not reparable. Dispair!! Came home, googled 'titanium glasses repair' and found AlphaOmega at top of the list. Response to email enquiry with quote by Tuesday morning. Put glasses in the post 1st class Tuesday afternoon per instructions. Advised by email Wednesday morning repair had been completed and they were in the post back.
